Day 1: Flight to ouarzazate or marrakech
Take a flight to Ouarzazat. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by your guide and transferred to the hotel. Dinner is on your own.

Day 2: Ouarzazate - M'Hamid El Rhizlane
Depart for the Drâa Valley, with its long stretch of palm groves extending over 200 km. Passing through Agdz, Zagora, Tamegroute, and Taggounit, where you can make some purchases, we reach Ouled Driss in the M'Hamid palm grove. Meet the camel team and load the logistics onto our pack camels. Begin the trek amidst cultivated fields, palm trees, and ancient ksour (fortified villages). Set up the bivouac at the edge of the M'Hamid El Rhizlane palm grove.

Day 3: M'Hamid El Rhozlane - Aït Oumir dunes
Head west on the trek, with the distant cliffs of the Drâa hamada to the south. Progress at your own pace on this long stage towards the first Aït Oumir dunes. Find some shade under a few tamarisk trees before reaching the bivouac site.

Day 4: Aït Oumir dunes - Zaher dunes
Continuing on the left bank of the dry Drâa riverbed, ascend the high dunes of the Zaher dunes as a landmark. Spend the night at the foot of the tallest dune, known as "the lucky dune."

Day 5: Zaher dunes - Smar and Sadrat dunes
Walk due north, crossing the Drâa riverbed and enjoying lunch in the shade of centuries-old tamarisk trees near the abandoned old village of Smar (also known as "bloc"). There is an opportunity to refresh with water from a well.

Day 6: Sedrar dunes - Oued El Attach
The relief of the Drâa hamada fades in the heat haze to the south, while the black barrier of the Jebel Bani mountain range becomes clearer to the north. Continue towards Oued El Attach ("the river of thirst"), crossing a vast flat expanse (reg) and setting up the final bivouac between dunes and tamarisk trees at Erg Bouguerne.

Day 7: Bouguerne dunes - Ouarzazate
A short walk to the Bouguerne pyramid, where you will meet the off-road vehicles. Transfer back to Ouarzazate, passing through M'Hamid and Zagora. Enjoy lunch at a beautiful kasbah, renovated by a village association, along the Drâa River. Continue to Ouarzazate and arrive in the late afternoon. Check-in at the hotel. Dinner is on your own.

Day 8: Ouarzazate - Marrakech
After breakfast  we continue our journey towards Marrakech. 4 hours drive
